ALTERNATIVE FEE STRUCTURES

HOURLY

Hourly billing has been the standard fee structure in the legal services market for our primary practice areas. As a small firm, our hourly billing rates are extremely competitive for the level of expertise and the years of experience we bring to our client engagements.

FLAT FEE

We offer flat fee terms for many of our business and commercial services and for certain appellate engagements. On a case-by-case basis, we offer to structure litigation engagements with a menu of flat fees for discrete litigation and trial tasks. This approach can help clients better manage costs, even in the unpredictable, adversarial litigation process.

CONTINGENCY

We have represented several clients on a contingency fee or partial contingency fee basis. For the right types of matters, a contingency fee structure might prove to be the best option for both the client and the firm.
